تاثیر تیمار مدت زمان چینه سرمایی بر تغییرات جوانه‌‌زنی بذر گونه محلب Cerasus mahaleb (L.) Mill

چکیده

محلب Cerasus mahaleb (L.) Mill یکی از گونه‌‌های درختی مهم موجود در جنگل‌‌های زاگرس می‌‌باشد از جمله گونه‌‌هایی است که بیشترین خطر نابودی متوجه آن می‌‌باشد. در این بررسی، تاثیر تیمار‌های مختلف سرما‌دهی (با توجه به رویش محلب در ارتفاعات فوقانی)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تیمار‌های مورد بررسی شامل: 4، 8، 12، 16، 18، 20 و 22 هفته استراتیفه سرد (در حالت‌های با و بدون پوسته) بودند. نتایج این بررسی نشان ‌‌داد بین تیمار‌های مورد بررسی تفاوت معنی‌‌‌داری وجود دارد (P<0.01) و تیمار 22 هفته استراتیفه سرد دارای بیشترین میانگین جوانه‌زنی (5/61 درصد) است. کمترین میزان جوانه‌زنی در تیمار 8 هفته استراتیفه سرد صورت گرفت و در تیمار‌های شاهد و 4 هفته استراتیفه سرد، جوانه‌زنی مشاهده نشد. بیشترین قدرت جوانه‌زنی نیز در تیمار 22 هفته استراتیفه سرد و کمترین میزان آن در تیمار 4 هفته استراتیفه سرد صورت گرفت.

چکیده [English]

Cerasus mahaleb (L.) Mill is one of the most important tree species in Zagros forest and has great importance but it is classified as threatened flora species. In this study the effect of different chilling treatments (regarding growth of Cerasus mahaleb (L.) Mill in high elevations) was investigated. Studied treatments included 4, 8, 12, 16, 18, 20, 22 weeks cold stratification in two cases: with and without coat. The results showed that there was significant difference (P<0.01) among the studied treatments and 22 weeks cold stratification had the highest average germination (61.5 percent). The lowest germination rate was occurred in 8 weeks cold stratification; in control and 4 weeks cold stratification no germination was observed. The most amount of germination vigor in 22 weeks and the lowest amount in 4 weeks cold stratification was occurred.
