تأثیر DTPAو رنگبری تکمیلی با دی‌تیونیت سدیم بر ویژگی نوری خمیرکاغذهای شیمیایی- مکانیکی (CMP) ممرز و راش

چکیده

در این تحقیق از انباشت خرده‌چوب‌های راش و ممرز کارخانۀ چوب و کاغذ مازندران، مقداری خرده‌چوب به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب و خمیرکاغذ CMP با بازده 85 درصد تهیه شد. خمیرکاغذهای CMP تهیه‌شده با پراکسید هیدروژن و سپس دی‌تیونیت‌ سدیم رنگبری تکمیلی شدند و از آنها کاغذ دست‌ساز با گراماژ g/m2 60 تهیه شد. سپس روی تعدادی از کاغذهای دست‌ساز محلول 5/0 درصد DTPA افشانده شد و خواص نوری آنها طبق آزمون‌های استاندارد TAPPI اندازه‌گیری و مقایسه شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که بر اثر رنگبری با پراکسید هیدروژن روشنی و سبزرنگی کاغذ افزایش و ماتی، ضریب جذب، فاکتورa* و نسبت K/S آن کاهش می‌یابد. بر اثر رنگبری تکمیلی با دی‌تیونیت ‌سدیم بیشتر خواص نوری کاغذ بهبود می‌یابد. بر اثر افشاندن DTPA روی کاغذهای دست‌ساز روشنی، ماتی و سبزرنگی کاغذ افزایش و ضریب جذب، نسبت K/S و عدد PC و فاکتور a*کاهش می‌یابد. در بین تیمارهای مختلف افشاندن DTPA تأثیر زیادی در افزایش پایداری روشنی و افزایش دوام کاغذ در برابر تخریب نوری دارد. همچنین اثر رنگبری تکمیلی در بهبود ویژگی‌های نوری کاغذ حاصل از خمیرکاغذ  CMPممرز، محسوس‌تر از گونۀ راش بوده است.

In this research, beech and hornbeam chips were chosen randomly from the chips pile of Mazandaran Wood and Paper Industries and cooked under CMP conditions and pulps were prepared at the yield of 85%. The CMP pulps were separately bleached with hydrogen peroxide and sodium dithionite and 60 gr/m2 hand sheet were made. Then, a solution of 0.5 percent of DTPA was sprayed over a number of hand sheets. Then, their optical characteristics were measured and compared using TAPPI Standard test methods. The results of this study explored that following H2O2 bleaching brightness and greenness increased and opacity, absorption coefficient, K/S ratio and a* factor decreased. After complementally bleaching with sodium dithionite, the most part of optical properties improved. Following DTPA solution spraying on the surface of hand sheets, brightness, opacity and greenness improved and absorption coefficient, K/S ratio and a* factor decreased.  Among the different treatments, DTPA spray has a great effect in stability of brightness and increasing it durability against optical deterioration. Also, the complementally bleaching pattern in improving the optical properties of the paper obtained from hornbeam CMP pulp was more noticeable than that of beech.
