Polylactic acid (PLA) samples were compared to the samples made from one of the most commonly used synthetic plastics, i.e. low density polyethylene to evaluate the results of this study. Besides, in order to achieve the best characteristics of the new composite, some effective factors such as the mixing percentage of the filler and matrix in four levels and the shape of the wood material in two levels of wood flour and pulp fibers were used as variables. Samples made of PLA and low density polyethylene were fabricated by flat press and by injection molding, respectively, according to ASTM standard. In this work, in addition to test the physical and mechanical properties, the morphological properties of the new product were studied by electron scanning microscopy. According to the results, the mechanical properties of all samples made of low density polyethylene and poly lactic acid increased with increasing content of paper fibers and wood flour and the highest mechanical strength was observed for samples containing low density polyethylene. The results of physical properties also showed that in all specimens, with a decrease in the content of wood flour and paper fibers, water absorption and thickness swelling were improved. In addition, samples made of low density polyethylene showed better physical properties than samples containing PLA polymer. Finally, by reviewing the results of this study and comparing the microscopic images of the samples, it can be concluded that the best mechanical and physical resistance are related to specimens made with low density polyethylene and wood flour.}, keywords = {Natural Polymer,Poly lactic acid,Wood-Plastic,Physico-mechanical properties}, title_fa = {بررسی خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیکی- مکانیکی چندسازۀ چوب پلاستیک ساخته‌شده از پلیمر گیاهی پلی‌لاکتیک اسید}, abstract_fa = {هدف این تحقیق، ساخت چندسازۀ چوب‌پلاستیک سازگار با طبیعت با مادۀ زمینه‌ای پلاستیک گیاهی زیست‌تخریب‌پذیر پلی‌لاکتیک اسید و تقویت‌کنندۀ آردچوب و الیاف خمیر کاغذ است. برای ارزیابی علمی نتایج این پژوهش، خصوصیات نمونه‌های ساخته‌شده با پلاستیک گیاهی پلی‌لاکتیک با نمونه‌های ساخته‌شده با یکی از متداول‌ترین پلاستیک‌های سنتزی (پلی‌اتیلن سبک) مقایسه شد. همچنین برای رسیدن به بهترین خصوصیات فراوردۀ مرکب جدید، از فاکتورهای مهم و مؤثر همانند درصد اختلاط ماده زمینه‌ای‌- پرکننده در چهار سطح و نیز شکل مادۀ چوبی در دو سطح آرد چوب و الیاف خمیر کاغذ به‌عنوان متغیر استفاده شد. نمونه‌های ساخته‌شده با پلی‌لاکتیک اسید از طریق پرس تخت و نمونه‌های ساخته‌شده با پلی‌اتیلن سبک از طریق پرس تزریقی براساس استاندارد ASTM ساخته شد. در این تحقیق افزون‌بر آزمون خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی، خواص مورفولوژیکی فراوردۀ جدید نیز به کمک پویش الکترونی بررسی شد. برپایۀ نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، خواص مکانیکی همۀ نمونه‌های ساخته‌شده با پلیمرهای پلی‌اتیلن سبک و پلی‌لاکتیک اسید با افزایش درصد الیاف کاغذ و آرد چوب افزایش یافته و بیشترین مقدار مقاومت‌های مکانیکی مربوط به نمونه‌های حاوی پلیمر پلی‌اتیلن سبک است. یافته‌های خواص فیزیکی نیز حاکی از آن است که در همۀ نمونه‌ها با کاهش درصد آرد چوب و الیاف کاغذ، جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامتی نمونه‌ها بهبود یافت. ضمن اینکه نمونه‌های ساخته‌شده از پلیمر پلی‌اتیلن سبک نسبت به نمونه‌های حاوی پلیمر پلی‌لاکتیک اسید خواص فیزیکی بهتری از خود نشان دادند. در نهایت با بررسی کلی نتایج این پژوهش و مقایسۀ تصاویر میکروسکوپی نمونه‌ها می‌توان بیان داشت که بهترین مقاومت‌های مکانیکی و فیزیکی مربوط به نمونه‌های ساخته‌شده با پلی‌اتیلن سبک و آرد چوب است.}, keywords_fa = {پلیمر گیاهی,پلی‌لاکتیک اسید,چوب-پلاستیک,خواص فیزیکی- مکانیکی}, url = {https://jfwp.ut.ac.ir/article_75075.html}, eprint = {https://jfwp.ut.ac.ir/article_75075_1de1913bde28588aeb366359b3064da5.pdf} }
