The carbon nanomaterial (CNF) is one of the most influential substances on the strength properties of polymer materials. Thus, the mechanical and thermal properties of polyvinyl acetate glue reinforced with carbon nanofibers were investigated in both modified and unmodified cases and in three levels of zero, 0.4 and 1.5% by weight of glue. Modified carbon nanofibres were used to improve the dispersion of (CNF) into polymeric matrix by surface chemical modification method. The results of the FTIR spectroscopy analysiswere confirmed an oxidation and presence of new functional groups on the surface of modified carbon nanofibers. Mentioned nanocomposites made by solvent molding method and the tensile properties, thermal behavior (TGA) and microstructure were evaluated. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) images indicated better dispersion of modified nanoparticles in 0.4 wt% than higher values in the polymer matrix. In addition, the tensile esults showed an improvement of mechanical behavior of nanocomposites (elasticity modulus, tensile strength, and fracture energy) due to the presence of modified nanoparticles. Improvement of these properties with modified carbon nanofibers was 2.4, 1.6 and 1.8 times respectively, compared to pure polyvinyl acetate. In addition, two stages of reduction mass relative observed than the pure adhesive in thermal stability of both nanocomposite series. Generally, the best tensile strength observed in nanocomposite specimens containing 0.4% w/w with modified carbon nanofibers.}, keywords = {Carbon nanofiber,Mechanical properties,Nanocomposite film,Polyvinyl acetate adhesive,Surface modification,Thermal properties}, title_fa = {تأثیر افزودن نانوفیبر کربن اصلاح شده بر خواص مکانیکی و گرمایی چسب پلی وینیل استات}, abstract_fa = {چسب پلی‌وینیل استات نوعی چسب با خواص استحکامی ضعیف و دارای قابلیت کاربرد در محصولات چوبی شناخته می‌شود. نانومواد کربنی مانند مواد تأثیرگذار بر خواص استحکامی مواد پلیمری هستند. از این‌رو در تحقیق حاضر، خواص مکانیکی و گرمایی چسب پلی‌وینیل استات تقویت‌شده با نانوفیبر کربن در دو حالت اصلاح‌شده و بکر و سه سطح صفر، 0/4 و 1/5 درصد وزنی چسب بررسی شد. نانوفیبرهای کربن اصلاح‌شده به‌صورت اصلاح شیمیایی سطحی به‌منظور بهبود پراکنش در ماتریس پلیمری استفاده شدند. نتایج آزمون طیف‌سنجی، اکسید شدن و حضور گروه‌های عاملی جدید روی سطح نانوفیبرهای کربن اصلاح‌شده را تأیید کرد. نانوکامپوزیت‌های مورد نظر با روش قالب‌ریزی محلول ساخته شدند و در ادامه، ویژگی‌های کششی، رفتار گرمایی و ریزساختار آنها ارزیابی شد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترون  پراکنش مناسب‌تر نانوذرات اصلاح‌شده در 0/4 درصد نسبت به مقادیر بیشتر را در ماتریس چسب تأیید کرد. همچنین تحلیل داده‌های آزمون کشش نمونه‌ها، بهبود رفتار مکانیکی نانوکامپوزیت (مدول‌ الاستیسیته، مقاومت ‌کششی و انرژی ‌شکست) ناشی از حضور نانوذرات اصلاح‌شده را نسبت به نمونه‌های حاوی نانوذرات بکر به‌خوبی نشان داد. بهبود این خواص با نانوفیبر کربن اصلاح‌شده، به‌ترتیب 2/4، 1/6 و 1/8 برابر نسبت به پلی‌وینیل استات خالص بود. به‌علاوه، از نظر پایداری گرمایی نیز در هر دو سری نانوکامپوزیت، دو مرحله کاهش جرم نسبت به چسب خالص مشاهده شد. به‌طور کلی، بهترین استحکام کششی در نمونه‌های نانوکامپوزیت حاوی 0/4 درصد وزنی نانوفیبر کربن اصلاح‌شده مشاهده شد.}, keywords_fa = {اصلاح ‌سطحی,چسب پلی‌وینیل استات,خواص مکانیکی,خواص گرمایی,فیلم نانوکامپوزیت,نانوفیبر کربن}, url = {https://jfwp.ut.ac.ir/article_72570.html}, eprint = {https://jfwp.ut.ac.ir/article_72570_cf53d3eb2701a221adb915e24eb2420a.pdf} }
